Born into a “rock-solid pillars,” Aastha’s family gave her a solid foundation for her future. Aastha’s character was shaped by her family’s values and resilience as a daughter. Aastha’s education was excellent. She studied engineering and earned an MBA, expanding her skills and knowledge. These studies helped her multifaceted career.

She started her career as a corporate executive. Her biggest problem was strained relationships and missing workplace connections during this phase. This discovery inspired her life’s work. Fear shaped her corporate career and workplace relationships. Her relationships were superficial despite her dedication and sincerity. This hurt her self-esteem, confidence, and trust in herself, leaving her with untapped potential—a pain she knows well.
