Meygha Srikanth, Founder and Director of Nichee CorpSolutions Pvt. Ltd., has spent more than 16 years exploring what enables people to learn, lead, perform, and grow. Her professional journey spans learning and development, change management, leadership development, coaching, and organisational capability, with experience across organisations including LG CNS and other global businesses. In this special Navratri episode of The Koffee Conversation Show – Stree Shakti, Meygha shares a powerful perspective on leadership: organisations achieve meaningful results when they stop viewing people merely as employees and begin understanding their potential. Her journey from corporate leadership to entrepreneurship reflects resilience, self-discovery, and a commitment to helping individuals and organisations unlock what they are truly capable of achieving.
Meygha identifies three defining moments that shaped her professional identity. The first was joining LG CNS after completing her engineering degree, where a supportive manager helped her recognise her strengths and discover her passion for learning and development. The second was becoming a mother in 2015 and subsequently losing her own mother to cancer. Navigating grief, motherhood, and the demands of a young career tested her in ways she had never anticipated. Yet the experience revealed a resilience and capacity within herself that she had not fully recognised. The third defining moment came when she decided to leave a 17-year corporate career and build something of her own. Her decision was not simply about finding a new professional opportunity; it was about recognising what she no longer wanted and choosing work that aligned more closely with her values, purpose, and understanding of human potential.

Through Nichee CorpSolutions, Meygha is working to change how organisations approach learning, leadership, and people development. One of her central beliefs is that training should not be delivered simply because a training programme has been requested. Instead, organisations must first understand the business problem they are trying to solve. She illustrates this with an example of a company that requested time-management training when the real issue was inadequate resource allocation and excessive workloads. Her approach begins with diagnosis: understanding motivation, capability, leadership behaviour, team dynamics, and the work environment before recommending an intervention. This philosophy also shapes her view of organisational culture. Culture is not defined by values displayed on office walls, but by what leaders demonstrate, support, reward, and tolerate. For Meygha, meaningful learning happens when people can apply what they have learned and see how it contributes to real outcomes.
Her entrepreneurial journey has further strengthened her belief that human potential flourishes when people find meaningful work and the right environment. A coaching qualification and her discovery of Motivational Maps led her to explore how workplace motivations evolve over time. She subsequently became a licensed Motivational Maps practitioner, which she describes as a milestone in her journey. Meygha also advocates the responsible use of AI: while technology can support data analysis, reporting, and repetitive tasks, it should not replace human judgement, emotional intelligence, curiosity, or the personal connection central to coaching and learning. Beyond her professional life, she finds joy in cooking, reading about psychology and emotional intelligence, and spending time with her family. Her message to women during Navratri is one of self-belief and independence: do not allow a job title, workplace setback, or another person’s opinion to define your identity. Believe in your own potential, trust your ability to grow, and create a life that reflects who you choose to become.
