Varnika Bhargava is the visionary CEO of Creative Shows, a leading name in wedding planning, luxury gifting, and media production. With over six years of experience, she has redefined the art of wedding planning by offering end-to-end solutions under one umbrella. A theater background honed her skills in stage design, creativity, and presentation, which she transformed into a thriving business.

Her company, Creative Shows, began in 2017 with her first wedding client—an experience she still treasures. Today, it has expanded into luxury gifting, artist management, and events, making it a one-stop powerhouse in the industry. Beyond her career, Varnika is passionate about music, books, and personal growth, reflecting her philosophy of continuous learning and resilience.

Varnika’s journey began in theater, where she spent nine years learning the nuances of stagecraft, creativity, and design. Although her academic path was rooted in law and finance, her passion steered her toward event management. Starting Creative Shows in 2017, she faced skepticism and challenges, often questioned for being the “owner” doing it all—from décor to logistics.

Her first client became the cornerstone of her success, trusting her to deliver when she was just starting out. Over time, she grew Creative Shows into a full-fledged brand that includes luxury gifting (brass, silver, and gold items), artist management, and wedding planning.

Networking played a pivotal role in her career, with organizations like India Business Group (IBG) providing crucial support when she moved to Mumbai. She emphasizes balancing creativity with logistics, respecting labor, and leveraging technology like e-invites, wedding apps, and AI-driven presentations.

On the personal front, Varnika is deeply rooted in family values, enjoys reading motivational and business books, and is currently learning guitar. She dreams of international travel with her best friend and sees herself as a counselor at heart, blending empathy with listening skills.
