Formerly a faculty member at AIIMS and Director of Neuro & Spine Surgery at Paras Hospitals, Gurugram, he now serves as Principal Director of Neurosurgery & Spine Surgery at Max Hospital, Dwarka. He is a certified AO Spine teaching faculty and ATLS instructor, and has led thousands of minimally invasive brain, spine, and peripheral nerve surgeries—including over 250 complex nerve reconstructions—with consistently excellent outcomes. His pioneering work includes endoscopic tumor removal, spinal fracture treatment, hydrocephalus management, and brachial plexus surgery, making him one of India’s top practitioners in advanced neurosurgical care.
