Sandesh Jadhav is a global authority in AI governance, cybersecurity, and data privacy law, with a career that blends the precision of aerospace engineering with the strategic depth of legal compliance. Based in India and working across international ecosystems, Sandesh has earned a reputation for bridging aviation-grade security, regulatory frameworks, and cutting-edge AI systems with extraordinary clarity.

His journey—from aircraft communication engineering to leading complex AI governance assessments—reflects resilience, multidimensional learning, and a commitment to safeguarding digital trust. Sandesh’s expertise spans aviation systems with Boeing & Airbus, BFSI cyber frameworks, AI regulatory impact audits, EU AI Act interpretations, OWASP LLM risk assessments, and global compliance programs.

Rooted in discipline, continuous learning, and cross-domain mastery, Sandesh now leads at the intersection of law, engineering, ethics, and governance, recently earning appointment as the Chairman of the AI & Data Privacy Committee at the School of Law, DSU Dubai – Amity University.

Beyond his professional life, Sandesh is a trekker, a mridangam player, a classical music lover, and a believer in purposeful, disciplined living.

Sandesh’s career began inside the high-stakes world of aircraft communication systems, where even a one–second delay could impact life-or-death decisions. Securing air-to-ground and air-to-air communication channels exposed him early to cybersecurity, frequency management, and global telecom coordination.

His move into BFSI and GRC brought new challenges—securing payment ecosystems, PCI-DSS compliance, card supply chain risk, cross-border regulation, and interacting with RBI, IRDA, and global banks. These experiences sharpened his perspective on policy-making, operational resilience, and risk engineering. His philosophy—never compromise on safety, always design for resilience—comes directly from his avionics background.

Outside work, Sandesh carries a deep appreciation for philosophy, economics, culture, classical music, and the discipline of trekking. His worldview is shaped by books like 1984 by George Orwell, and values like positivity, focus, and discipline passed down through his family.
