Sakshi Agrawal represents the new-age legal professional who is redefining what it means to build a career in corporate law beyond traditional pathways. As Senior Legal Analyst at Arcesium, she brings hands-on experience across document review, contract management, data breach analysis, and team leadership. What makes her journey stand out is her courage to explore, adapt, and continuously evolve—stepping into new domains even when the path was uncertain.

In this episode of The Koffee Conversation Show, Sakshi shares an honest and relatable perspective on legal careers, LPO work, corporate law, data privacy, teamwork, resilience, and self-discovery. Her story reflects the reality many young professionals face—uncertainty, rejection, and learning on the go. Yet, what defines her journey is persistence and the willingness to keep moving forward, even when things are unclear.

Sakshi’s career journey began with an unexpected decision to pursue law—what started as a random choice soon turned into a defining path. After completing her BA LLB and LLM in Corporate Law, she entered the professional world during the challenging COVID phase, facing initial setbacks before landing her first role at an LPO. Her early experience in document review helped her build foundational skills in legal analysis, quality checks, and client coordination.

A significant turning point in her journey has been her transition across roles and domains—from legal associate to senior analyst, and from document review to data breach and privacy work. Her ability to adapt to new tools like Relativity and shift into data-focused legal work reflects her growth mindset. Today, her journey stands as a testament to continuous learning, domain flexibility, and the power of self-belief.
