Sagar Amlani is an internationally recognized Productivity Explorer, keynote speaker, consultant, and author who has transformed the way leaders and organizations understand productivity. From the slums of Mumbai to delivering global talks across Dubai, London, Australia, Russia, and the US, Sagar’s journey is a story of resilience, reinvention, and purpose.

With 18+ years in the automotive industry and a deep understanding of systems, processes, psychology, and human behavior, Sagar challenges the century-old idea of “productivity” designed for machines. His trademark is shifting teams and leaders from productivity metrics to productive mindsets, integrating emotions, purpose, and fulfillment into everyday work.

He is the creator of the AIM Framework (Awareness–Investment–Motivation), founder of Wise Owl Wednesday (WOW), and author of multiple books including At The Crossroads of Life and 26 Proven Ways to Build a Productive Mindset. Today, he consults organizations globally, teaches leaders how to integrate efficiency with meaning, and inspires young professionals to stop working like robots…and start living like humans.

Sagar’s early years were shaped in the slums of Mumbai, where he learned the value of time, relationships, resourcefulness, and emotional resilience. A defining moment came on 26 July 2005, when devastating floods destroyed his home — a turning point that ignited his drive to rebuild his life with purpose.

His dream to work in the UK led him to Pelicans and later to the high-pressure automotive world, where he discovered the disconnect between “productivity” and the human experience. His ability to train, mentor, and uplift teams helped him transition from rigid systems thinking to the world of mindset transformation.

From selling firecrackers as a child to speaking in front of global audiences, Sagar’s story is one of continuous learning. Inspired by neuroscience, psychology, and years of corporate exposure, he now helps organizations move from busy-but-broken cultures to aligned, fulfilling, integrated work-life systems.

His books, his AIM Framework, and his WOW newsletter continue to shape thousands of careers, making him one of India’s leading voices on productivity with purpose.
