Palak embodies the modern-day trailblazer—balancing cybersecurity leadership with entrepreneurship, as she also founded KariGari Avadh, a heritage-driven handicraft venture reviving India’s cultural richness.

Palak began her academic path as a chemical engineer with aspirations of becoming a scientist. Life, however, steered her toward IT, business development, and ultimately, cybersecurity. Her defining career switch from engineering to IT opened doors to diverse industries, before she carved her niche in cyber sales.

Across roles, Palak mastered channel sales and partnerships, emphasizing that “people buy from people.” Her belief in consultative selling and relationship-driven business reflects her resilience and customer-first philosophy.
