A Marathwada Law and Education College graduate, Manik Chand Pahade Law College, Nitish holds an LLB specialising in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. He is also a certified company secretary with The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Nitish Joshi’s life-career journey is a testament to his dedication and skill in the legal field. Starting his studies at the Manik Chand Pahade Law College of Marathwada Legals and General Education Society where he obtained his LLB and became a certified corporate secretary, Nitish rose quickly through legal roles His career began with a business which he initiated, followed by Allianz Technology, Persistent Systems and ZS Associates Important steps were taken. In July 2024, he joined KPIT Technologies as general counsel, where he is responsible for legal operations for the European region. Nitish is known for his expertise in contract management, GDPR compliance and tackling complex legal challenges with a strategic approach. Outside of his professional life, he has a passion for music, actively participates in theater and maintains a home studio.
