Nikita Mishra, Founder of Shanik Consultants, brings around 15 years of international experience across India, the UAE and Central Asia. Her professional journey has moved through law firms, in-house legal roles, international advisory and entrepreneurship, covering corporate advisory, M&A, cross-border investments, governance and regulatory compliance. This diverse experience has shaped her approach to legal advice as something that should protect businesses while still enabling them to make informed decisions with clarity and confidence.

Her career has taken her through distinctly different professional and cultural environments. Beginning with Indus Law, she moved into real estate-focused practice, then into an in-house role where she experienced the difference between advising from outside an organization and seeing how legal advice actually works within a business. Her move to Dubai brought another layer of learning, followed by her experience in Uzbekistan, where she had to learn Russian and adapt to a completely different business culture.
