Nidhi Agarwal is a Senior Associate at DSK Legal with a unique practice at the intersection of real estate, data privacy, and AI regulations. A law graduate from NMIMS, Nidhi has carved her niche through a blend of analytical rigor, public speaking, and leadership. She is not only a corporate lawyer but also the founder of Miraki, a cultural festival that brought vibrant college experiences into the world of law.

Nidhi’s professional journey reflects her adaptability—navigating from internships in data privacy during the pandemic to managing complex real estate transactions, all while embracing legal technology tools like Litera Compare to simplify workflows. Beyond the courtroom and contracts, Nidhi is an empathetic leader, an art enthusiast, and someone deeply committed to continuous growth.

Nidhi’s journey into law began with a simple truth: she loved business, finance, and analysis. Torn between accountancy and law, her decision became clear when she found herself drawn to law books even in a CA program. Opting for the BBA LLB at NMIMS, she blended finance and law seamlessly.

Her early internships exposed her to the world of data privacy, but the pandemic forced her to pivot—landing her in real estate law at DSK Legal, where she now thrives. Her most challenging projects include restructuring complex redevelopment deals with multiple stakeholders, where she learned to break down problems into smaller, actionable solutions.

Mentored by her current boss, the Deputy Managing Partner of DSK Legal, she imbibed the art of clarity of thought and problem-solving, which continue to guide her work. Alongside, her leadership journey as Chairperson of Miraki sharpened her skills in persuasion, teamwork, and channeling strengths—a foundation she carries into her corporate role today.
