Navneet (Namit) Gupta is a global technology leader turned purpose-driven founder, redefining how NRIs care for their ageing parents in India. After building large-scale engineering systems at some of the world’s most respected tech companies — including Microsoft, Careem, TransferWise, Flipkart, and DocuSign — Namit chose to turn a deeply personal pain point into a conscious elder-care platform called ServiceGTD.

A technologist at heart and a humanitarian by intent, Namit believes that true innovation lies at the intersection of efficiency, empathy, and trust. His journey reflects a powerful shift — from writing global-scale code to building human-centered solutions for families separated by miles but bound by responsibility

Namit began his professional journey at Microsoft, where he built a strong foundation in large-scale technology systems. Fascinated by the early startup ecosystem in Bangalore, he soon transitioned into young ventures, building data and analytics infrastructure from the ground up.

He later joined Flipkart in its early growth phase, working with some of India’s finest technical minds. In 2016, his journey turned global when he moved to Dubai to join Careem, where he built payment infrastructure at scale. This was followed by leadership roles in Singapore and other international markets.

Despite professional success, Namit felt a growing disconnect on the personal front. Returning to India just before COVID turned out to be a life-altering pause. The pandemic gave him deep perspective — emotional, familial, and social. For the first time, he seriously reflected on the needs of elderly parents left behind while children build careers abroad.

Coming from a family of teachers, professors, and engineers, Namit lost his father at an early age and was raised under the strong guidance of his grandfather — a professor who shaped his discipline, values, and education. This deeply influenced his decision to build something rooted in service, not just scale.
