Jitendra Kshirsagar represents a new generation of legal professionals who combine litigation, legal education, public service, and mentorship with a deep commitment to social impact. As Founder and Senior Partner of K & K Legal, he has built a practice spanning civil litigation, criminal law, constitutional matters, governance issues, and legal advisory services. Alongside his active legal practice, he continues his academic pursuit through a PhD in Law while contributing to legal awareness, governance initiatives, and the development of future legal professionals.

In this episode of The Koffee Conversation Show – Emerging Lawyer Series, Jitendra shares valuable insights on litigation, legal education, mentorship, constitutional law, governance, legal entrepreneurship, and professional growth. His perspective highlights a powerful truth—the legal profession is not merely about practicing law but about continuously learning, mentoring, serving society, and helping others navigate complex challenges through legal solutions.

Jitendra’s journey into independent practice began shortly after completing his legal education and Master’s degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law. Motivated by a desire to build something of his own and create meaningful opportunities for aspiring lawyers, he established K & K Legal with a vision of combining quality legal services with practical legal training. His commitment to nurturing future legal professionals remains one of the defining pillars of his practice today.

A defining aspect of his career has been his focus on bridging the gap between academic legal education and practical legal training. Having observed firsthand the challenges faced by fresh graduates entering the profession, he strongly advocates for greater exposure to internships, court procedures, practical drafting, and hands-on legal experience during law school itself. His story reflects dedication not only to legal excellence but also to strengthening the legal profession for future generations.
