Hemant’s story begins with an unexpected detour — missing his engineering entrance pushed him into BCA, which became the first defining moment of his life. With no campus placements, he hustled through IT recruitment for a year before landing his big break with Tech Mahindra (then Mahindra British Telecom). That opportunity kickstarted his IT career, where he evolved from developer to team lead, solution designer, and delivery contributor across six and a half transformative years.

Yet something felt incomplete. This led him to pursue an MBA from Welingkar Institute, where he unlearned, relearned, and built a new lens for business and leadership. That journey pulled him into the startup world, where he worked across IoT, AI, and product innovation for multiple ventures before spending five defining years at Vantiva in product management and ecosystem partnerships. Hemant’s journey is a playbook on adaptability, reinvention, and intentional growth.
