Harsh Agarwal is a third-generation entrepreneur and the driving force behind multiple high-impact ventures across architectural glass manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, B2B and B2C ecosystems. From leading one of India’s most advanced glass processing companies to building a tech-driven last-mile delivery startup, Harsh’s journey reflects resilience, innovation, and values-led entrepreneurship.

An alumnus of Manchester Business School, where he studied Innovation, Management & Entrepreneurship, Harsh blends global education with deep-rooted family business wisdom. With a strong belief in quality, sustainability, and people-first leadership, he represents the new-age Indian entrepreneur driving legacy enterprises into the future with purpose and precision.

Harsh’s entrepreneurial roots trace back to the 1950s, when his grandfather worked for over four decades in the glass industry before starting a modest trading business. His father and uncle expanded it into a nationwide glass trading organization. Carrying forward this legacy, Harsh returned from the UK with a clear mission — to fulfill his grandfather’s dream of setting up a world-class architectural glass processing plant.

Under his leadership, Yesho Toughened Glass has grown in just six years into one of the top 10 most technically sound glass processing companies in India, executing some of the country’s largest and most complex infrastructure projects. The company today supplies glass not only across India but also to Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, and Africa, meeting the highest international quality standards.
