As Vice President of Behavioural Skills Training at Trinity Academy for Corporate Training and Chief Business Officer at MPower Business Facilitators, she has made significant contributions to training. Her teaching experience includes Business Communications, Technical Report Writing, and Human Resource Management at top universities.

Girijaa’s passion for education led her to teach at Larsen & Toubro Institute of Technology, SPND Women’s College, St. Xavier’s College, SNDT Women’s University, R A Podar College, Somaiyya Institute of Engineering, Maniben Nanavati Women’s College, and ITM Institute of Management Studies. Her mentorship and teaching have helped students achieve their goals.

Girijaa’s Rotary membership also shows her community service. She has won numerous Rotary District awards since joining Rotary in 2009. She led life-saving pediatric heart surgeries, COVID-19 relief, and tree planting in arid regions as Rotary Club of Bombay Powai President in 2019-20. These initiatives touched over 5 lakh people, demonstrating her commitment to improving society. Director of CSR Projects and Fundraising in the Rotary Club of Mumbai Elite, she continues.
