Dr. Ankoor describes himself as an average student who faced multiple failures early in life, yet always carried a deep inner knowing that he was meant to serve a larger purpose. A musician by passion, a tabla player, and a lover of performing arts, his early exposure to theatre, classical music, and creative spaces in Delhi shaped his creative intelligence.

He also launched multiple international event IPs in India, worked with global teams, traveled extensively, and collaborated across cultures. These experiences taught him that while people everywhere are similar, the way cultures communicate, trust, and execute makes the real difference.

After years in advertising and marketing, he transitioned into leadership coaching, becoming a PCC-level ICF-accredited coach, where he now works with senior global CXOs and leadership teams.
