Bindiya Raichura represents the kind of legal professional whose journey has been built not on shortcuts, but on decades of consistency, discipline, and deep professional credibility. As Senior Partner at Juris Corp, she brings over three decades of experience across litigation, M&A, FDI, infrastructure, project finance, IPR, environment law, employment, ESG, competition law, and real estate. What makes her story especially powerful is the way she has balanced legal depth with long-term relationship building—earning trust not just as a lawyer, but as a strategic advisor and dependable leader.

In this episode of The Koffee Conversation Show, Bindiya shares a grounded and highly practical perspective on legal practice, litigation strategy, cross-border transactions, mentorship, client trust, consistency, and what it truly takes to build a long-term career in law. Her reflections carry the weight of lived experience and the calm clarity that comes only from years of navigating high-stakes matters. Her journey is a reminder that excellence in law is not accidental—it is the result of patience, preparation, ethics, and ownership over time.

Bindiya’s career journey began with a strong sense of justice. Drawn to law by a desire to stand up against unfair systems, child labour, and social inequity, she entered the profession with both purpose and conviction. That early intention evolved into a highly respected legal career, beginning in 1996 at Mulla & Mulla, where she trained under the legendary Mr. Nandaniwala, a mentor she credits deeply for shaping her as a lawyer. Those years laid the foundation not just for her legal knowledge, but for her discipline, drafting, and strategic thinking.

A major turning point in her journey came with the move from Mulla & Mulla to Juris Corp after more than 25 years. That transition was not just a change of firm—it was a move toward leadership, ownership, and a new chapter of growth. What drew her was not only the opportunity, but also the trust, chemistry, and alignment she felt with the founding team. Her path reflects a powerful truth: long-term careers are built through both loyalty and the courage to evolve when the right moment arrives.
