A major transformation in her career came in 2013, when she moved from a unit-level statutory compliance role into a pan-India corporate profile. Suddenly, her responsibilities extended across manufacturing, mining, marketing, medical facilities, hospitals, and airports, while also involving reporting of non-compliances to the board. She credits resilience, a growth mindset, continuous learning, and mentorship for helping her navigate this transition.
