Anupam Sharma began his career as a programmer before transitioning to data governance in 2015. His shift was driven by the rising need for secure and quality data in an increasingly digital world. Over the past 13+ years, Anupam has built expertise in data management, data warehousing, and data privacy. He now serves as the APAC Data Governance Manager at Elait, where he manages teams, processes, and technology across the Asia-Pacific region. A notable achievement in his career was leading a large-scale data governance project with the Australian Government, involving over 6000 locations.
