Stepping into the world of supply chain with Anil Dalvi feels like entering a masterclass on grit, systems thinking, and people-powered leadership. From shaping commercial operations in the early 2000s to steering pan-India logistics at Tata Play, Anil’s journey shows how consistency, curiosity, and adaptability build formidable careers. His story blends the precision of technology, the art of teamwork, and the discipline of a leader who believes nothing is truly impossible.

Today, Anil stands tall as Vice President of Supply Chain at Tata Play, driving operations across 39 locations nationwide with seamless demand planning and lean execution. What makes him stand out is not just his strategic insight but his instinctive ability to blend automation with human intelligence.
