Stepping into the world of supply chain with Anil Dalvi feels like entering a masterclass on grit, systems thinking, and people-powered leadership. From shaping commercial operations in the early 2000s to steering pan-India logistics at Tata Play, Anil’s journey shows how consistency, curiosity, and adaptability build formidable careers. His story blends the precision of technology, the art of teamwork, and the discipline of a leader who believes nothing is truly impossible.
