Amit Mittal, Director at AeroIntellect Aviation, brings around 21 years of experience across aviation finance, aircraft leasing, banking, airport management, aviation projects, consulting and international alliances. With a BE in Production Engineering, an MBA in Marketing and Aviation Management, and additional qualifications in software design and development, his career reflects a multidisciplinary journey through several layers of the aviation ecosystem.

His aviation journey began in 2003 after an initial career in the automotive industry and exposure to IT solutions. He subsequently entered aircraft leasing and witnessed the evolution of India’s aviation ecosystem, including the development of GIFT City, the emergence of aircraft leasing companies and the transformation of India’s airline landscape. His experience across airlines, OEMs, financial institutions, airports and international partners has given him perspectives from both the aviation and financing sides of the industry.
