Currently the Head of Legal at GreenLine, part of the SR Group, he plays a pivotal role in India’s green energy transition, spearheading legal strategy for LNG logistics, clean energy projects, and decarbonization initiatives.

A proud alumnus of Punjab University, Chandigarh, Ajay’s career is built on patience, humility, and focus. His guiding principle: growth is always incremental, never a windfall. Ajay has been instrumental in SR Group’s Energy Transition mission—building an LNG and EV ecosystem for the automotive and logistics sector through GreenLine, UltraGas & Energy, and SR Energy Transition.
