Ajay Yadav is a seasoned legal professional with over two decades of experience navigating complex terrains across law firms, corporate legal departments, and advisory roles. Currently the Head of Legal at GreenLine, part of the SR Group, he plays a pivotal role in India’s green energy transition, spearheading legal strategy for LNG logistics, clean energy projects, and decarbonization initiatives.

A proud alumnus of Punjab University, Chandigarh, Ajay’s career is built on patience, humility, and focus. His guiding principle: growth is always incremental, never a windfall. This philosophy shapes his approach to risk management, regulatory frameworks, and corporate compliance, making him both a strategist and a trusted “trustee” for his organization.

Ajay has been instrumental in SR Group’s Energy Transition mission—building an LNG and EV ecosystem for the automotive and logistics sector through GreenLine, UltraGas & Energy, and SR Energy Transition. From managing watertight contracts to aligning ESG practices with business goals, Ajay ensures legal compliance while enabling sustainable innovation.

Beyond the boardroom, Ajay is passionate about life philosophy, literature, and storytelling.
